Game Engine

So, I loved Neverending Nightmares nad I want to make a game of my own. I want it to be 2D and a bit like Neverending Nightmares, so, I would like to know what game engine you used, Matt and I would like some tips. Anyway, that's all.

Sorry for the delayed response. We built our own engine for Neverending Nightmares, but if I had to do it all again, I'm not sure I'd make the same choice. I have experience working with Unity and Unreal 4, and I'd recommend working with Unity for simple 2D projects. It gets you a lot of neat features for free. Best of luck on your game!
