In Level 2 - The Coming Storm, in the second bedroom you come across, Thomas' head sticks through the lantern on the left side of the screen, but the flame still shows on top of the player model. This presents many opportunities for such things as making it look like poor Thomas' hair or nose are on fire.

Good catch. That'll be addressed in the next build too.
