In this dev diary I talk about how the camera works in Neverending Nightmares as well as provide some general tips for game cameras.

Re: 118 - Game Cameras
Very interesting, thanks. Speaking of the enemy encounters, it did seem to "rubber-band" the camera back towards the closet a bit too quickly as the enemy leaves the "camera-relevant area" while hiding. It doesn't give whiplash or anything, but since you can probably adjust the "spring" and its pulling strength/speed, perhaps make that bit a wee bit slower? Dunno.
Re: 118 - Game Cameras
If I slow down the camera spring, then it wouldn't spring towards the enemy fast enough when necessary. I can try to tune things, but there are a lot of factors, so it is complicated. I'll make a note to revisit it when I get a chance.
