Android - crashing floor bug

After loading the save the floor is already crashed and I can't fall into it. The monster is banging on the door so I cant go back. I just looked at a bunch of creeping dolls. Will attach pics if it's not clear where I am

Hmmmm... I believe I know where you are, but do you know in which room you were when you saved? Did you save downstairs but somehow got upstairs again?

I'm so sorry for the trouble.
