Welcome, this is a thread about crowdfunding and where we can post about projects that are on Kickstarter and IndieGoGo.

Seen a great looking project just launch? Have you backed a campaign and want to share it? Is there a project in its last hours that needs help like Neverending Nightmares did? You can post about it here.

If you liked either Dwarf Fortress or Prison Architect then take a look at a colony simulator called RimWorld that uses AI directors to help guide the story such as spawning raiders when you get too comfy.

Knite & The Ghost Lights is an adventure game that was already mentioned at the end of a Neverending Nightmares project update.

The music and visuals for the trailer is hauntingly well done with the atmosphere it creates. Last Wednesday it was announced that Hyper Light Drifer would have an OUYA port.

Hyper Light Drifter looks very cool. Love the 8-bit style o the game and can't wait to try it out.

Hyper Light Drifter was just $4,842 away from raising $650,000 through Kickstarter. At 2388% funded it smashed all of its major stretch goals and should be well on its way to becoming another kickstarted hit like FTL: Faster Than Light. The SNES-demake was a cool idea that I hope doesn't get abandoned. A graph shows that the $40 tier did very well and the $10 and $15 were almost the same with their contributions.

Legend of the Lancer is an action adventure platformer with SNES-inspired pixel art style. It is currently trending towards only 42% on its Kicktraq page.

If you liked Wind Waker then you can take a look at Cornerstone: The Song of Tyrim. The demo should be released soon.

Right now I'm backing this projects:

Knite and the Ghost Lights: An exploring game with a claymation feel. It's very unique and has lots of potential. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/201 ... ost-lights
You are not the hero: The angry NPC revenge for the heroes that steal their possesions. Sounds really funny.
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/812 ... t-the-hero
Max Gentlemen: This one for the lols. About manly gentlemen who drink beer and stack hats because they are manly. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/hat ... -gentlemen
Cosmic Star Heroine: About an ex-spy who is chased by her ex-employer and has to save the world.
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/159 ... pc-mac-ps4

Of all of them, all are already funded except Knite so please if you can help that project. At $20 you get the game, OST and a nice virtual artbook. For more, you can even get the tiny little probs used to make the game.

A friend of Joe Grabowski (our artist) is doing a really interesting project Cat Therapy:

She suffers from mental illness and is trying to make uplifting comics as a way to get over her own difficulties as well as help others. It is the 100th project I backed, and I think it's definitely worth supporting.

Decatur, GA? My home town! Supported, no questions asked! Before I moved I said "Never gonna miss Georgia." Well, I miss Georgia. Oops.
