ESC used to pause game, but...

ESC pauses game and am told to press 'Back' to start game over. I have no 'Back' button and all other buttons that might be 'Back' were tried with nothing happening. Using Windows 7 and Steam.

Yeah, that is my bad. (We threw that in for a controller only demo build for PAX and didn't think about how it totally wouldn't work with keyboard controls.
I replaced that with a pause menu today. We are trying to roll some more fixes in the next build, but that will be addressed in the next update.
