My Nightmares

I haven't had many nightmares lately, if I had any I can't remember them.
However, I do remember having one nightmare in particular that disturbed me for a while.
I remember leaving my friends house in a neighbourhood I didn't recognize.
Then I felt someone behind me cover my mouth with a gloved hand, then turned me around before proceeding to cut my throat with a knife.
I woke up, but it still felt weird and scared me how real it felt at the time.
