It's meant to be deliberately ambiguous. I can tell you that there is art for both a girl and a woman. Are they the same person at different ages? Are they difference people? I don't want to ruin the surprise.

Aaah, I see...
Well, it worked. Until we learn more, though, I'll think of the young woman as the older version of the young girl from the intro...
