It looks like you have a mobile GPU. Are you running the game on a laptop? Do you have Nvidia Optimus technology? It's possible the game is running on the CPU's video chip and not the discrete graphics.
You could try to go through the instructions here to create a custom profile for Neverending Nightmares and select it to run on High-performance NVIDIA processor.
That might resolve the issue. Intel's drivers are buggy and the performance is crappy, so maybe Nvidia's Optimus is choosing the wrong graphics chip to run the game.
