Wow! You are extremely thorough. Thank you for the maps! It seems like we have a LOT of bugs relating to shadows. D'oh!

I will go through and fix up the light sources. In most cases, it is just flipping a check box. There are some cases where we don't have a light source like from the bathroom window.I expect the shadow is coming from another light source that shouldn't be casting one.

- The door leading there from Row3 labels it "Block B Security", but the stairwell leading there from Row4 labels it "Block A Security"
Row4 :
- Missing light source from the candle?
Office :
- Extra light source from the leftmost cabinet
Kitchen :
- Extra light source from left wall
Pantry :
- Shadow shows through central front decor
Out :
- Perspective of the shadow from light source at left of the door is off (not sure if can be fixed)

Okay, these are *mostly* taken care of. There are a few things where I decided to go the other way for your recommendations on the corner lights, but I think the shadows are going to be much better!

I had no idea we had so many hidden light sources behind cabinets and walls. Whoops!

There are a few things where I decided to go the other way for your recommendations on the corner lights
If you'd care to fill me in, I could tailor my future reports accordingly (unless you want to leave it as a surprise in the next build ;) ).

As for "Together At Last", there were almost no lights to look out for, but I've noticed two things:
  • In the master bedroom, right at the start, is an extra light source from the left wall;
  • In the stairwells, the part of the top door frame closer to the player's view point always shows up behind Thomas; It's hard to notice, and I only could because Thomas was carrying the candle (I could stand on the last step on my way up and see his arm over the door frame).

It's hard to say exactly why I choose to go a different way on some of the corner lights. Sometimes they aren't close enough to the corner or some other reason that I didn't think it was the best decision.

We have a bug in the database about the stairwell thing. Joe will get around to fixing it... eventually! :)

What I meant is, if you could accurately describe your criteria for having corner lights cast a shadow or not, I could better know whether to report future findings as bugs, or not.

This is definitely useful! Sorry, I was a bit swamped, so I didn't finish correcting them in the descent level, so I didn't respond, but I'd love to get bugs for the remaining 3 levels. Hopefully we did a better job in those. :)

- Little Thomas's shadow disappears before that of his plush toy as he approaches the candle at the entrance
- Missing collision box around candle at left of monument (it lies in the path instead of on the side)
Behind mausoleum :
- Z-order bug with a candle at the front
