Re: 15 - World building and story

Oh man, I don't think we've talked about Mad Max here yet have we? I could digress on that forever, but I just want to say it was the movie of the summer (actually the year at this point) for me. I love how things happen that aren't explained at all to the audience. You're in George Miller's world, ...

Re: Watching the Devastated Dreams campaign's progress.

Aside from the fact that it's another game being made by you, which I'm already on board because the NN Kickstarter experience was so good to be a part of, specifically in this one the Filipino folklore is the most unique and attention grabbing hook to me. From what I've seen you've done a good job ...

Re: 13 - Filipino Folklore

I had no idea how varied and unique their folklore was. I thought I knew a lot about the common monster mythologies, but I'd never heard of any of these until you brought them up as part of the game. That's one of the great things about gaming, games can introduce you to stuff you've never had exper...

Re: Watching the Devastated Dreams campaign's progress.

Oh, I almost forgot about it but I'll be checking out the stream, sounds fun! And an excuse to procrastinate on some studying as well. The game itself seems to have a unique and interesting hook; the protagonist and unique subject matter (Filippino folklore isn't really covered anywhere) seem to be ...

Re: 12 - Flashlight and Darkness

Yeah very cool to see all that! I saw the moving things in the demo, and I was convinced for a while that they were rats. That is such a great idea and well implemented, I'm sure people will be coming up with all kinds of their own ideas of what they are.

HarshlyCritical did a video today, he's a smaller Youtube personality but has a solid following, and does a lot of horror games: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwLrawlooMA He wasn't aware through the whole playthrough that you could move the flashlight, but still somehow managed to get the first do...

Re: Retro/Grade $.49 on Steam!

Good to hear it moved some units at least! I think the really low price point helped it stand out this time around. I know that this year when sorting all games on Steam by lowest price, it was on the second or third page and has largely positive reviews. Oh and trading cards, people really like the...

Retro/Grade $.49 on Steam!

So the Steam Summer Sale is upon us yet again. And once again, Retro/Grade is on sale for criminally cheap. Get it if you don't already have it! Even if you do already have it, buy it again and give it to everyone you know!

Re: 03 - Steam Refunds

First off, Good Customer Service is not talking about problem child customers in a public forum and inserting your opinion (good or bad, but especially bad) so they can see it and potentially feel targeted or insulted. I don't really like what you did here discussing some of the issues you had beca...
